393bet Terms and Conditions — Rules for All Pakistani Players

1. Introduction

2. Eligibility

To register and use 393bet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where accessing online betting and gaming services is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of any employee or contractor of 393bet or its partner companies.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one active 393bet account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different mobile numbers, or different payment methods — is a violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

Information Accuracy

When registering on 393bet, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method. 393bet is not responsible for any losses or service disruptions resulting from inaccurate information provided at registration.

Account Verification

393bet may request identity verification documents — including a CNIC copy, utility bill, or payment method screenshot — at any stage of your account lifecycle. This is a standard industry practice to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to protect players. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and delayed withdrawal processing.

Login Credentials

Your username and password are personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that takes place under your 393bet account. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit on 393bet is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though very large deposits may require additional identity verification before being credited to your account balance.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are processed within 10 to 30 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash. IBFT bank transfers may take up to 2 hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the 393bet account holder. 393bet does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Pending Wagering Requirements

If you have an active bonus with pending wagering requirements, the bonus portion of your balance cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met. Your real-money balance and your bonus balance are tracked separately and displayed clearly in your 393bet account wallet section.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

393bet offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be clearly communicated at the point of offer. The following general bonus rules apply across all 393bet promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited to your account automatically after the qualifying action (registration, first deposit, etc.) is completed.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal from the bonus balance can be requested.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100% of each bet toward the wagering requirement, while table games and live dealer games may contribute a lower percentage.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issue. Unused bonus balance and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited when the bonus expires.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports and esports betting activity on 393bet:

Bet Placement

A bet is confirmed only once a confirmation message is displayed on your screen and the stake has been deducted from your 393bet wallet balance. Bets placed on markets that have already been settled or on events that have started (for pre-match markets) may be voided at 393bet's discretion.

Odds and Markets

393bet reserves the right to change odds at any time before a bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, the odds at which a bet was placed are fixed and will not be revised. In the case of a manifest pricing error (odds significantly outside normal ranges for an event), 393bet reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes.

Live Betting

Live in-play betting is subject to a brief delay to allow 393bet to update odds in response to match developments. 393bet accepts no liability for bets placed based on information that was already public knowledge at the time of placement during live events.

Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, match abandonment, incorrect market creation, or technical errors on the 393bet platform. Void bet stakes are returned to the player's balance in full.

7. Casino & Games

All casino games available on 393bet — including slots, live dealer games, card games, fishing games, and crash games — are provided by licensed third-party software suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Spribe, and others. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or by live physical dealing, depending on the game format.

The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available to players within the game's information panel. These percentages represent long-term statistical averages across millions of rounds and do not guarantee specific results in any individual session on 393bet.

In the event of a game malfunction — including disconnection during a live dealer round or a software error in an RNG game — 393bet will review the session log and, where possible, credit any lost stake. Winnings generated from a malfunctioning game round may be voided. 393bet's decision on game dispute outcomes is final.

8. Fair Play Policy

393bet is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players at live dealer tables or in multiplayer games
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or copy any part of the 393bet platform
• Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographical or account restrictions
• Match fixing or participation in any form of sports corruption related to events available on 393bet

393bet employs fraud detection systems that monitor betting patterns, account activity, and payment behaviour in real time. Any account flagged by these systems may be suspended pending manual review. During review periods, withdrawals may be temporarily held while the investigation is in progress.

9. Account Security

The security of your 393bet account is a shared responsibility. You are required to:

11. Limitation of Liability

• Any losses arising from errors in odds or game outcomes that were caused by data feed failures from third-party providers
• Any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of the 393bet platform
• Losses resulting from a third party gaining access to your account due to your failure to maintain login security

In cases where 393bet is found liable for direct losses caused by platform errors, our liability is limited to the stake amount of the affected bet or bets. 393bet does not accept liability for any consequential or claimed opportunity losses beyond the original stake.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the 393bet platform — including but not limited to logos, branding, game interfaces, text, graphics, software code, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 393bet or its licensed partners. You are not permitted to:

• Copy, reproduce, or republish any content from the 393bet platform without prior written permission
• Use the 393bet brand name, logo, or domain in any marketing, social media, or commercial activity without authorisation
• Frame or embed the 393bet platform within another website or application

Game content and interfaces are licensed from third-party software providers and are subject to those providers' intellectual property rights independently of 393bet's rights.

13. Account Suspension & Closure

393bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions is identified or suspected
• Evidence of fraud, money laundering, or suspicious betting activity is detected
• False information was provided during registration or verification
• The account is found to belong to a minor
• A valid self-exclusion request has been made by the player
• A court order or law enforcement instruction requires account action

In cases of closure due to Terms violation, any balance derived from bonus funds or wagering activity during the violation period may be forfeited. Genuine real-money deposits not covered by any active bonus will be returned to the player's verified payment method following the completion of any investigation.

14. Changes to These Terms
